I bought this dress for a special event that I have coming up, but was hoping that it would be versatile enough to dress down with a pair of sandals for everyday wear - and it fit the bill perfectly!!! This dress is absolutely adorable - the picture does not quite do it justice. The fabric on top is breathable, light, and very comfortable while the cotton skirt/bottom is thick enough to not need a slip or leggings, but light and breezy enough to be worn around the house, if so desired! The bottom reminds me of a very comfortable, and well-made, men's dress shirt material. You can't tell from the picture, but the bottom has a very, very subtle wave to the hem, which makes it even more flattering (rather than a standard straight hem).Despite the other reviews, I had no problem tying a bow off to the side - if you look closely in the picture, the bow ends are just uneven and it actually looks really cute when tied that way. When I'm in more of a rush, I tie a covered knot off to the side and it looks just as cute! Even with the bow in the middle, it is far from horrid.I ordered a medium, after checking the sizing for this company on other websites & it fits perfectly, with plenty of room to grow (I'm only 21 weeks, but carrying it all in my belly so far). My only concern was the bust area because some maternity dresses can leave too little room for a growing bust and I prefer not to have oodles of cleavage. This dress is perfectly sized up top - not too much fabric, but definitely enough! All in all, I highly recommend this dress! This is my 4th pregnancy and I've gone through a LOT of maternity clothes over the years. This is, by far, my favorite maternity dress to date! I'm hoping to slightly alter it after I give birth so I can continue to wear it even when not pregnant! The bottom is kind of a weird texture, and the belt is weirdly thick and can't be removed. It's okay. Not good or bad just okay.I am between a size 0 and 2 pre pregnancy and have had a hard time finding dresses that look flattering on my growing figure. I am 26 weeks pregnant and planning to wear the dress in a few weeks for a wedding and birthday party. I was a little nervous about the front tie as I had read from other reviews that it was sewn in the back and could not really by moved. However, when I tried it on, the dress looked great! It fits as it shows on the model on the top and the material is gorgeous. The front tie is a fun accessory that is not unflattering. I am 5'2" and it hits just at the knee which is fine with me. Most short dresses look too long on my frame. I feel I can wear this dress for many occasions through the rest of my pregnancy. Very pleased!I love this dress! It was adorable for my baby shower on a football weekend. Go Gators! I received several compliments on style and pattern. I really liked that it was different than the usual solid, high waist cotton maternity dress. It is lightweight on top and bottom, great for warm weather. I did purchase on sale and would not have wanted to pay full price as I am not sure how it will hold up after multiple wears and cleaning. I ended up needing to buy the next size up to allow for a little more room to grow (silk bottom does not have give like cotton top). This dress is very flattering and cute. I love the preppy seersucker vibe, and bow detail. It is a little long on me, but I am only 5'1" so that's to be expected - I'll probably have it taken up about 2 inches.I only wish the bow was removable; I would love to tie the bow to the side as pictured on the model, but because it is sewn to the back it has to be tied in the front center for a decent looking bow. I investigated if I could remove the stitches, but it would compromise the dress. Other than that, love the dress!Wanted to like this dress. When I tried it on, I thought it looked a bit awkward, and was unsure how i felt about it. But when my husband returned from work a few minutes later, I could tell from the look on his face that he didn't like it. He usually likes or is indifferent to what I have on. This is the first time I got an absolute, "what do you have on?!" and "it looks homely." The waist tie is cut very thick so it is too much material to tie nicely. The skirt materiel texture is a bit coarse, and doesn't seem to lay nicely.I ordered this to wear to my shower. It is super comfortable, but the fit is just a bit baggier than I expected. I am about 30 weeks along and still pretty small so I was drowning in the skirt part. I wish it would have worked, but it just was not flattering at all and too long for me. Also, there were some minor flaws/pulls in the skirt part that should not be there for the price (in my opinion).Wore this to my baby shower when I was 7 months pregnant. Dress is adorable, many guests even commented that it didn't look like a maternity dress. Colors were beautiful, the only thing I didn't love- when I saw the pictures- my nude toned bra was clearly visible through the navy top. Given, it was a tight fit on top, I was disappointed with the thickness of fabric.
