Bought as gift for my pregnant daughter .She reports it’s comfortable and perfect for hosp stay as it opens in every possible way that might be needed in hosp and home . It got washed and put in her hosp. Bag immediately upon arrival.Unfortunately I was unable to use the gown during my delivery as I had an emergency c section. However I did wear this gown on my 2nd day in the hospital and it allowed me easy access for breastfeeding and the nurses had easy access for my catheter.Could not be happier!!!! After trying several other brands. THIS is what I was looking for. So so soft, functional, flattering. Wore for labor and the monitors attached easily with the snaps open.I thought I wasn't going to get any use out of this because I ended up having a C-section instead of any natural labor, but actually it's been fantastic postpartum too! Very comfortable, good length, has pockets... and comfy dresses in general are a must right after C-section. It also clearly would have been great for labor though! My plan was to labor in this gown but baby had different plans and there was no time to look through personal belongings and put it on BUT... I have worn this since I got home from hospital and it has made me feel so amazing. It is flattering yet convenient. The material is SO soft and comfy that. The pockets and nursing acess is a PLUS. Really don't want to take this off any time soon. Don't hesitate to buy!Size referencePre pregnancyWeight: 112Size: Small (0)Bust: 32AEnd of pregnancyWeight: 112Size: Medium (6)Bust: 34BFits perfect on my Postpartum body.So comfortable and gives easy access to doctor, nurses and for those who plan on breastfeedingThis was perfect! I had to be induced and this was just perfect to wear. Comfortable. The midwives and nurses loved it and wished their actual gowns they have patients were as practical as this was. If I had known my induction was going to take 3 days I would have bought a backup to change into. So consider getting 2 if you expect to be hanging out for a long time at the hospital.I loved this gown for birthing in. I wish I had bought 2 for the next day (I instead had a different one that was cute, but I hated wearing it). This gown was super cozy & soft, flattering, and the color hid any stains. I lived the snaps at the top the most because it made it so easy for skin to skin with my baby and to nurse her. I recommend this gown for labor instead of any other (maybe cuter) ones.Very happy with this drwsaThis was not my first choice of labor dress but I never received the other one I ordered, so I bought this one. Still haven't given birth yet but I got to use it when they took of my cerclage. It is amazingly comfortable! It's neither thick or thin so I was comfortable in that warm maternity/delievery room. The straps and the dress material are not cheap and I had lots of good comments from the nurses, saying how nice they found it.You can take down one or both shoulder straps down so you can do skin-to-skin or breastfeed. The back can open completely or partially, depending on what straps you open. Super easy access for the epidural or spinal block. The front opens under the breast all the way down for easy baby monitoring. And did I mention that this dress has pockets!? And deep functional ones at that!I was honestly surprised when it came in and it makes me actually excited to go into labor. It is much MUCH more comfortable than the hospital gowns, you look classy and you can even use it at home as a dressong/nursing gown.I bought a large so it wouldn’t be tight at all, and it fit perfectly! I’m 5’9 and was around 220 lbs when in labour. The snaps are great and I was able to wear it right up until I was rushed to OR for forceps delivery. If he was pushed out I could have kept it on the whole time! Was very cozy and still allowed for epidural access, as well as heart rate monitor and contraction monitor. So glad I purchased this for labor. We ended up staying at the hospital a lot longer than expected so wearing this was a lot more comfortable than hospital's gowns, and more practical for doctor's exams than street clothes. It is not super stylish and is quite low cut, but since we're all stuck at home due to covid now, I actually wear this almost every day to nurse as it is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.I loved this! Perfect for the long labour and induction and delivery. Kept me covered but things were easily accessible for midwives. It was a little on the large side but didn’t bother me when the time came to wear it.
