This will work for my baby shower Halloween party this weekend and is super cute, but I was mistaken when I ordered a medium based off the reviews. It may vary with different versions of the top, I suppose. I got the boy version without any bows or anything. I am 34 weeks pregnant and weigh around 192lbs. I'm 5'2. The medium fits, it is just a bit tighter and definitely not as a long as I expected from what the reviews read. I also didn't pay enough attention to notice it is 100% cotton and will shrink. So I definitely can't wash and dry it before my party. I am torn between wanting to keep it to wear on Halloween too or just getting my money back since I'm so close to having his baby anyway.Luckily I went a size up on this shirt because of the reviews I read. I wore this shirt at 22 weeks pregnant and am not showing a great deal, but it was already snug. As far as length, it was almost so long I could have worn it as a mini dress with tights. As it was, I had to trim it to get it the length I wanted, resulting in about 5in of removed cloth. This is not made for very chesty ladies. There isn't a lot of stretch to it and the edges of your bra will show if it has to stretch over your chest any. And when it does stretch, it doesn't have much elasticity to go back to shape as you move, so it may bulge in places you don't like. It did at the top where the sleeves would attach if it had any. Overall, not a bad buy. I wore it for a metal concert and wanted to be obvious that I was pregnant to deter anyone from trying to get too rough around me. And the band was excited for 'baby's first concert'. Now to see if it shrinks in the wash!It was ok until I washed it. The baby skeleton sat really high up to begin with and then it shark more but still got the point across for HalloweenDefinitely a cute tank and everyone else thought so, too, when they saw it on me. I do have to agree with some others and say it's smaller than it should. Being pregnant, you should buy maternity clothes the same size as you would before pregnancy, but this one did seem like it would be tight for anyone starting to really show. By Halloween, I was only a little over 4 months pregnant and not showing too much yet, and it was already fitting. Not too snug, but at 4 months, definitely fitting, so I can't imagine a 8 month preggers wearing that without over stretching the art on the tank. Regardless, very cute!I was super excited to be getting this in the mail today. It was extremely hard to find something cute to wear on halloween now that I am pregnant. I don't believe that it looks exactly like it does in the picture but it is still really cute. The material is nice for pregnancy (I was pleasantly surprised to find it didn't feel like a normal tank top) it seems pretty stretchy. I think others may be right though. I'm not so sure this would fit someone at the end of their pregnancy unless they ordered a size up from what they normally wear. But it fits me fine and should last till halloween when I will be just about 7 months. Pairs nicely with Skelton gloves.I bought a large (currently 177 lbs in my 3rd trimester) and normally wear a medium. It was bigger but I prefer that. I was worried a large would be too tight but it worked perfectly! Also, there is ruching on the side which I didn’t notice when I bought the shirt. This tank was perfect for Halloween. I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and didn’t want to mess with a costume I’d never wear again. I wish it was a little longer, but I have a long torso as it is so I just wore a black tank/spaghetti strap shirt under it.Tank is good quality and fits pretty well. However, it is NOT a maternity tank top - it does not have the stretchy side elastic that most tighter fitting maternity shirts have. I am not sure how much it will stretch to accommodate a larger belly. I hope to wear it around Halloween when I will be 35 weeks, so we will see if I can still fit into it. It is also extremely long, so at least it will not ride up and expose the underside of your belly, although it could have used some of that material on the sides to grow with the belly more. Overall, I really like it! It's adorable. As soon as I found out I would be pregnant through Halloween I wanted to track down one of these shirts. Super cute!It was a funny way to announce it!
