It's basically just an extra long nursing bra. It's made out of that same material. It's weirdI used this as a slip under other dresses and it worked great to give my access for pumping or feedingA little shorter than I expected but will be nice as an undergarment. Overall happy with purchaseOverall, I really like this nightgown.I am currently 30 weeks pregnant, and the medium-large fits, baby belly and all. My prepregnancy weight was 175-180 and I was wearing medium to large clothing.The material is extremely stretchy. I feel like the fit is tighter than it appears in the pictures, but that could just be because of the baby belly. I would potentially size up if you'd like a looser fit.The nursing bra clips work as they should. I can definitely see myself wearing this at night once baby arrives.
